PRYM Wellness provides telehealth services, including virtual consultations with licensed healthcare providers, prescription management, and wellness programs. Our services are designed to optimize health through hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss, aesthetic treatments, and holistic wellness approaches.

By using our telehealth services, you consent to receive medical care via electronic communications and acknowledge that:

• ●Telehealth visits are conducted via secure video, phone, or messaging platforms
• ●Your provider may be licensed in a different state than your location
• ●Physical examination limitations may affect diagnosis and treatment
• ●Technical difficulties may interrupt or prevent telehealth sessions
• ●You are responsible for providing accurate location information

Our services are available to patients in states where our providers are licensed to practice medicine. Availability may vary by state due to licensing requirements and regulatory restrictions. By using our services, you confirm that you are physically located in a state where we are authorized to provide care. Our providers hold active medical licenses in multiple states.

Some medications offered through PRYM Wellness are compounded by FDA-registered 503A and/or 503B pharmacies. Important information:

• ●Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs
• ●They have not undergone FDA review for safety, efficacy, or quality
• ●Compounded medications are created for patients when an FDA-approved medication is not medically appropriate
• ●All compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies in compliance with state and federal regulations
• ●Your provider will determine if a compounded medication is appropriate for your treatment

To use our services, you must:

• ●Be at least 18 years of age
• ●Be a resident of the United States
• ●Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• ●Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

Our telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. A provider-patient relationship is established only when you are evaluated and accepted for treatment by one of our licensed providers. Not all individuals will be appropriate candidates for our services. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or results. Individual results may vary.

You agree not to use our services to:

• ●Provide false or misleading information
• ●Impersonate another person or entity
• ●Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ●Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• ●Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• ●Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• ●Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• ●Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Fees for consultations, treatments, and products are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated. Some services are offered on a subscription basis — you may cancel at any time through your account settings. Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered. Product refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our licensed providers based on medical necessity and appropriateness. We reserve the right to:

• ●Require laboratory testing before prescribing certain medications
• ●Discontinue prescriptions if misuse is suspected
• ●Require follow-up consultations for continued prescribing

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PRYM Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRYM Wellness and its providers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use or inability to use our services, any unauthorized access to or use of your data, any interruption or cessation of our services, any errors or omissions in content, or any adverse health outcomes (subject to applicable medical malpractice laws).

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
