Refund & Return Policy

Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: full refund or reschedule at no charge
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: no refund, but may reschedule once
  • No-shows: no refund and no reschedule

Lab Test Kits

Lab test kits are eligible for refund under the following conditions:

  • Unopened kits: Full refund within 30 days of purchase (minus shipping costs)
  • Opened/used kits: Non-refundable for health and safety reasons
  • Defective kits: Full replacement or refund at our discretion

Supplements & Products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our supplement and product return policy:

  • Unopened products: Full refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened products: Handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support
  • Damaged/defective items: Full replacement or refund with photo documentation
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective

Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications are non-refundable and non-returnable once dispensed by the pharmacy. This includes all compounded medications, hormone treatments, peptides, and controlled substances. If you experience adverse effects or have concerns about your medication, please contact your provider immediately.

Subscription Programs

For subscription-based programs (TRT, HRT, Weight Management, etc.):

  • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard — no cancellation fees
  • Refunds for the current billing period are prorated based on services rendered
  • If no services have been rendered in the current period, a full refund will be issued

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact our support team.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number or account email
  • Description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photos of damaged/defective items (if applicable)
