What is PRYM Wellness?
PRYM Wellness is a telehealth platform that provides personalized health optimization through licensed medical providers, at-home lab testing, and pharmacy fulfillment. We specialize in hormone therapy (TRT/HRT), weight management, peptide therapy, and holistic wellness.
How does PRYM work?
It's simple: 1) Order an at-home lab kit or upload existing labs, 2) Get matched with a licensed provider who reviews your results, 3) Receive a personalized treatment plan, 4) Medications are shipped to your door from our licensed pharmacy partners. Everything happens online — no clinic visits needed.
What states do you serve?
We currently serve patients in 48 states through our network of licensed providers. Availability of specific services may vary by state due to licensing requirements. Contact us to confirm availability in your state.
Is PRYM legitimate?
Yes. PRYM works exclusively with licensed medical providers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs), FDA-registered compounding pharmacies, and CLIA-certified laboratories. We are HIPAA-compliant and follow all applicable state and federal regulations.
What is Naturally PRYM?
Naturally PRYM is our holistic wellness arm, led by Kandace Parahoo, NTP. It focuses on naturopathic approaches including detox protocols, nutrition therapy, homeopathy, and lifestyle optimization. It complements our medical programs with a whole-body approach.

Lab Testing

How do at-home lab tests work?
We ship a lab collection kit to your home with everything you need. Depending on the test, you'll collect a blood sample (finger prick or at-home phlebotomy), saliva, urine, or stool sample. You then ship it back in the prepaid mailer. Results are typically available within 3-7 business days.
Can I use my own lab results?
Yes! If you have recent lab work (within 6 months), you can upload your results through the patient portal. Your provider will review them and determine if additional testing is needed.
What labs do you offer?
We offer comprehensive panels including hormone panels (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, thyroid), metabolic panels, complete blood counts, lipid panels, vitamin/mineral panels, and specialty tests like DUTCH hormone testing and GI panels.
How long do results take?
Most blood panels return results within 3-5 business days. Specialty tests (DUTCH, GI panels, HTMA) may take 7-14 business days depending on the laboratory.

Treatment & Medications

What treatments do you offer?
Our core programs include Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Management (GLP-1 medications), Peptide Therapy, and Sexual Health treatments. Each program is personalized based on your lab results and health goals.
Are your medications FDA-approved?
Some medications we prescribe are FDA-approved (e.g., testosterone cypionate, metformin). Others are compounded by FDA-registered 503A/503B pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved but are prepared in compliance with all applicable regulations.
How are medications shipped?
Medications are shipped directly from our licensed pharmacy partners in temperature-controlled packaging when required. Most shipments arrive within 3-5 business days via USPS or FedEx.
Can I get controlled substances?
We prescribe testosterone (Schedule III) when medically appropriate and after proper evaluation. We do not prescribe Schedule II controlled substances. All prescriptions require a provider consultation and appropriate lab work.
What if I have side effects?
Contact your provider immediately through the patient portal or call our office. We monitor all patients with regular lab work and adjust protocols as needed to minimize side effects.

Consultations

How do consultations work?
Consultations are conducted via secure video call through our HIPAA-compliant platform. Your provider will review your labs, discuss symptoms and goals, and create a personalized treatment plan. Initial consultations typically last 20-30 minutes.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can book a consultation directly through our website. If you have existing lab work, you can upload it before your appointment.
Can I see the same provider each time?
Yes, we encourage continuity of care. You'll be matched with a provider who specializes in your treatment area, and you can request the same provider for follow-up visits.
What if I'm not a candidate for treatment?
If our providers determine that a particular treatment isn't appropriate for you, they'll explain why and may suggest alternative approaches. Your consultation fee is still applicable as the medical evaluation has been performed.

Billing & Insurance

Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide itemized receipts that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Many patients find our pricing competitive with or lower than insurance copays.
What are your prices?
Our pricing is transparent and varies by program. Lab panels start at $99, consultations at $99, and treatment programs start at $99-$299/month depending on the program and medications. Visit our Programs page for detailed pricing.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes! Our medical services and prescription medications are eligible HSA/FSA expenses. We accept HSA/FSA debit cards for payment.
What is your refund policy?
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. Prescription medications are non-refundable per federal regulations. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Privacy & Security

Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, and strict access controls to protect your health information. All provider communications are encrypted, and we never sell your data.
Who can see my medical records?
Only your assigned provider and authorized clinical staff can access your medical records. We follow HIPAA regulations for all PHI handling. You can request a full accounting of disclosures at any time.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All medications and lab kits are shipped in unmarked, plain packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name on the exterior.
